I’ve had a sneaky suspicion lately something is up with my wallet. I think it might be having health problems. Or maybe a mid-life crisis, I’m not sure.
Either that or it’s on Ozempic.
Maybe that’s it. My wallet is taking weight loss medication. And let me add here it’s not that my wallet has ever been overweight, but it sure seems to be skinnier than usual these days.
Something is going on.
I first started noticing it when I go grocery shopping. My wallet seems to struggle to catch it’s breath and sometimes it breaks into a coughing fit when I put my debit card through. This seems odd, but I chalked it up to allergies. Something needs to be done, the problem is only getting worse.
I’m starting to fear for my wallet’s health.
Yesterday I went to put gas in the car and I noticed my wallet was huffing and puffing. It was really straining to keep up. Maybe it’s having heart problems? And when I went to put it back in my pocket, I’m pretty sure I saw a single tear glistening in its eye.
Something is wrong.
I’m going to monitor the situation, but I’m definitely on high alert. I just hope it’s okay. We have a lot of history together and I will miss him if he gets too thin and vanishes from my life. I’ll let you know, but for now, I think my wallet might be on Ozempic.
What else could explain the weight loss?
Have a great week,
Ernie
