As I think about what has happened in my life to bring me to this point, I think about that very old song by the Beatles, “A Long and Winding Road.” That has certainly been true for me. My life has been a journey.
Long and winding. Lots of twists. Quite a few mountains and deserts too. But at the same time, the journey has been an exciting adventure, that’s for sure. And just to be clear, I am happy and thankful to be at this point in my life. No complaints. But it has been a journey.
This journey has taken me all over and it looks like at this point, I will be journeying again soon. More on this later. But from a personal and professional perspective, the journey has been been a thrill.
My journey as a writer has taken time to develop and as the years go by, the path keeps winding back thru writing again and again. And here I am, led to write again. And in fact, if you were to ask me what I do, I would answer, “I’m a Technical Trainer and Writer.” Technical Training is what I do during the day, but writing is what I do when I have the opportunity.
And I love it. I will add more to this page and the story of my journey at some point, I know the picture here is grainy and not very focused. I’ll fill in more details later, but I’m going pause the story here for now. There is more to add, but the deeper details must wait for another day.
For now, think of my journey as ongoing, the journey of a Writer and Technical Trainer.
